Call the fashion police!

Hooray for Pikeville, Tennessee!
The City Council has voted in favour of fining people who wear their trousers more than three inches below the top of the hips. It will be a $25 fine for a first offence.
It was bad enough seeing the waistband of someone’s underpants, but it is not uncommon now to see a vast expanse of cotton material that I would rather not see.
Do you remember when someone seeing your underpants poking out above your trouser waistband was absolutely mortifying? At last, someone is fighting back.
I believe there are also plans to implement a $35 fine for socks being worn with sandals, and a whopping $50 for wearing comedy ties anywhere other than a family celebration.
